Where Your Data Is Processed
Documents are processed in London and held briefly in Frankfurt. AI analysis runs in AWS data centres in Europe. Specimen also uses a workflow provider in the United States. Encrypted with TLS 1.2 in transit and AES-256 at rest.

Supporting Your Due Diligence
Using BrokerTools does not change your firm's own duties to oversee its suppliers: the FCA's outsourcing requirements (SYSC 8) in the UK, and state insurance data security laws in the US, such as New York's 23 NYCRR 500 and laws based on the NAIC model. We will answer your questions on where data goes, how long it is kept and how it is secured.
